I'm here to make your life easier... so give this list a read thru to make your ordering process easy breezy.
  • Why do you want my instagram handle?.  We want to share fun stories of our community. It's totally voluntary and we'd love you to join in on the friends and family discounts and new releases.

  • What if I'm not happy with my purchase?: Our goal is to have a happy customer. Please contact us within 7 days if you are not satisfied and we can discuss on a case by case basis how to make you smile. We have a 30 day refund policy but we don't want you to procrastinate, let us know how we can help you.

  • Oh no, what do I do, it broke in the mail?:  We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong email right away: jennifer@zatkadecor.com. Please include as many details as possible including your order documentation as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with the product. This will be decided from case to case.

  • Do I get a tracking number?: All orders are shipped within 48 hours after order received. Shipments sent out USPS with tracking info. 

  • What's that bubble?: We strive to make consistent results but the natural beauty of concrete has nuances and bubbles sometimes. Embrace the Japanese Wabi Sabi, the aesthetic centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. Each Zatka Decor piece is handmade, just for you!
